We visited Charm Thai in The Woodlands with our family, and from the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff was genuinely kind and attentive throughout our meal. The only reason I’m mentioning this is so future guests are prepared: the air conditioning is extremely cold. We weren’t the only ones commenting on it, and apparently it’s a common occurrence. If you’re someone who gets chilly, bring a light sweater or wrap. Fortunately, they have a lovely covered patio with outdoor seating, and we were able to move outside where it was much more comfortable. Just keep in mind that patio seating is limited and may not always be available. Now…the food. Wow. Every single dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. There honestly wasn’t one thing on the table that disappointed us. Do not skip the roti bread with the curry dipping sauce. It may have been my favorite bite of the entire meal. We had a wonderful experience at Charm Thai Kitchen & Bar! The food was absolutely delicious, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Kaylee , who took such great care of us throughout our visit. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Her excellent service truly made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great Thai food, outstanding service, and a lovely atmosphere. Definitely a well-deserved 5 stars for the food, service, and ambiance!

I visited this restaurant for the second time after about a year, and unfortunately, the experience was still disappointing. We had the same server as last time. She came across as cold with no smile from the moment we walked in. I understand it was a busy Monday night and the restaurant was almost full, but she seemed impatient when taking our order, and it took quite a while before she came back to help us. At one point, we tried to get her attention multiple times to place our order, but she completely ignored our table. The restaurant was very busy, and many customers had to wait a long time. It might help if management schedules more staff during peak times. As for the food, it was just okay. The Tom Yum soup was good,but the mango curry and another dish we ordered were too sweet for my taste. Also, the mango curry was not worth the price—the portion felt lacking, with only a small amount and limited vegetables (baby corn, carrots, mango, broccoli, and cabbage). On a positive note, the fish dish we had on our previous visit was actually very good. What stood out the most was the service. This Thai restaurant has a really beautiful interior design. The space is stylish and thoughtfully decorated, and even the ladies’ room is clean and pretty, which I always appreciate. The food is excellent, with great flavor and very nice presentation. Each dish looks as good as it tastes, and you can tell care was put into both the cooking and plating. The waiter was also very attentive and friendly, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful place with great atmosphere, delicious food, and good service. I would definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful anniversary here! We tried the Valentine’s Day special menu, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. Our server, Jonathan, was amazing as well — he even added a “Happy 10th Anniversary” message on our dessert, which made the evening extra special. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
